I have seen this sun rays effect done with cardstock and misting among other techniques and thought these photos would be perfect to give it a go. I took a piece of Lily Bee Hello Sunshine paper and with a ruler and pencil I marked out rectangles that become skinnier at one end. I cut out six for this LO. I love the effect especially against the white background.
The chipboard elements are Bo Bunny Block Party and the alphas are Basic Grey Oh Baby Boy which I have had in my stash for years that I outlined with Stampin Up Close to Cocoa marker to make them stand out.

Hi Mel, Love the colours in your LO. I tried to do a similar thing as your yellow "sun" the other day with glimmer mist but went horribly wrong. Oh well, you can only try. Love this LO.
